Return Policy

To initiate a return for a defective item:​ Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@footforwardpodiatry.co.uk with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the defect

  • Photographic evidence of the fault

  1. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions

  2. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds or Replacements


If your return is approved:

  • You may choose a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Important Notes

 

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, where possible.

  • Returns for reasons other than defects (e.g. change of mind, wrong size) are not accepted.

We do not accept returns on used products unless a fault has been identified.
